Cześć.
Podczas próby uruchomienia klienta sqlcmd otrzymuję:
Sqlcmd: Error: Microsoft ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server :  Procedura
SQLAllocHandle sterownika nie powiodła się na operacji SQL_HANDLE_ENV.

Jest to komputer z zainstalowaną Symfonią Kadry i Płace.
Działa tam MS SQLServer 2017.
Chociaż w panelu sterowania w programach mam MS Sql Server native client
wersje od 2008 poprzez 2012, 2014 na 2016 kończąc.

Czy ktoś miał tego typu problem?
