is there a specific keyboard for polish ? as bépo for french ? I mean
something optymizep for polish ?

Sorry, my polish is too poor to let me write in it.

No, at least no official Polish Dvorak layout has ever been created.
But in the past one guy was considering creating one and was looking
for a reference book on the subject - please have look at the thread
starting with this message:
