Witam, pyt. plik napêdu ta¶mowego np. /dev/rmt/c#t#d#BESTb "b" character indicates that tape drive will follow berkeley style instead of AT&T style. mo¿e mi kto¶ wyt³umaczyæ pojêcie "berkeley-style tape behaviour" i jego znaczenie praktyczne? Jakiego typu s± wspó³czesne napêdy? znalaz³em co¶ n w dokumentacji: http://docs.hp.com/en/B9106-90013/mt.7.html If the no-rewind bit is set, the behavior depends on the style mode. For AT&T-style devices, the tape is positioned after the EOF following the data just read (unless already at BOT or Filemark). For Berkeley-style devices, the tape is not repositioned in any way. czy ma to tylko zwi±zek z pozycjonowaniem ta¶my? dziêki i pozdrawiam darek
