Dlaczego tak dziwnie wykonano podg Glincz (schemat na semaforku
nieaktualny)? Przejście jest tylko w jedną stronę, z Węglówki w kierunku
Kartuz. A z bajpasu na Węglówkę przejechać nie idzie. Oszczędność na
dwóch rozjazdach? Geometria? Topografia? Bo tak?
